The extended warranty covers the follow-up costs for material damage to the upholstery material from the Intertime collection for a further 36 months after the legal 24-month warranty period from the date of purchase has expired, in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.
The extended warranty that can be purchased, only applies to products purchased in Switzerland made from upholstery material from the Intertime collection. The extended warranty cannot be granted for upholstery material that has been subsequently treated with stain protection. The upholstered furniture must be used properly with normal loads and care. Tampering or wilful damage voids all warranty claims and/or the warranty. Unless stated otherwise in the above provisions, our General Terms of Sale and Delivery shall apply. The extended warranty must be submitted within three months from the date of purchasing a new piece of upholstered furniture from Intertime and can only be concluded once. Once the registration has been completed, it will be checked and rendered legally valid with an order confirmation from Intertime AG. You will receive the order confirmation together with the invoice.
